Online Bill Payment Options
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD payments can be submitted online with your MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card from the convenience of your own home. You will need your latest Sewer Bill to enter the required information. Transaction fees in the amount of 2.45%, or a minimum of $3.00, will be added at the time of the transaction.
eCHECK payments can also be made online. A transaction fee of $3.00 will be added to your payment at the time of transaction.

By U.S. Mail
Payments can be submitted to the NSSJMA by U.S. Mail. Please include the return portion of the GREEN billing card with your check. All Checks should be made payable to NSSJMA and mailed to the following address:

Payments can be hand delivered to our office located at 3104 Water Trail Dr Jamestown, PA. Our office is open from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. A Drop Off Slot is available in the door for after hours.
All Checks should be made payable to N.S.S.J.M.A.
